Pricing

Fixed fees, published where they can be.

Credex Advisors quotes a fixed fee before any engagement starts and does not bill by the hour. Two of the three service lines carry published fees. The full quality of earnings for investors and acquirers is scoped to the transaction and quoted the same day.

SBA 7(a) lenders

Lender quality of earnings with cash proof.

Fixed by business purchase price. Ten business days from complete seller documents. Under SOP 50 10 8.1 the fee may be passed to the borrower, financed with loan proceeds, and counted toward the equity injection. Fees assume one operating entity, one set of books, and up to six bank and card accounts; anything beyond that is quoted before engagement, never after.

Quality of earnings, scoped and fixed.

See the investor page
A full quality of earnings is scoped to the transaction: the number of entities and sets of books, revenue streams and the availability of customer data, the period under review, whether a sell side report already exists, and the depth of quality of revenue and net working capital work the committee needs. Credex scopes in a single call and issues a fixed fee proposal the same day. The fee is fixed for the agreed scope and does not move with hours.
Every proposal includes the full transaction level cash proof, normalized EBITDA with every adjustment supported, quality of revenue, net working capital, the report, and the Excel databook. Delivery is about ten business days from complete data.

hourly invoices, ever
What a fixed fee means here. The fee in the engagement letter is the fee on the invoice. If the scope changes, because a second entity appears or the seller's records turn out to be something other than what was represented, we tell you before we do the work and quote the change in writing. We never bill hours, and we never bill for time spent waiting on documents.

Not sure which line fits the deal?

Send us a two line description of the transaction and we will tell you which engagement fits, and what it costs, the same day.
