Privacy policy

How we handle your information.

Effective September 6, 2026. This policy covers the website, our forms, online orders, and the documents you share with us during an engagement.

This Privacy Policy explains how Credex Advisors LLC, a licensed CPA firm ("Credex," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit credexadvisors.com, request a sample report, submit a contact form, order a procedure online, or engage us to perform financial due diligence. It also explains the choices you have. By using the website or providing information to us you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or provide information to us.

1. Who We Are

Credex Advisors LLC is a financial due diligence firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with operations across the United States. We perform quality of earnings reports, lender quality of earnings with cash proof, and targeted diligence procedures for investors, acquirers, lenders, and sellers. Questions about this Policy may be sent to info@credexadvisors.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us. When you submit a form on the website we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, company or fund name, the timeline for your transaction, which sample report you would like, and anything you write about your deal. When you order a procedure online we collect your name, business name, and email address; your bank account details are entered directly into a checkout page operated by our payment processor and are not stored by Credex. When you engage us we collect the documents and information needed to perform the engagement, which may include financial statements, general ledgers, bank statements, tax returns, and contracts relating to the business under review.

2.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit the website our hosting provider and our customer relationship management platform collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and the time and duration of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies described in Section 7.

2.3 Information from others. We may receive information about you from your lender, your counsel, a broker, or a seller in the course of an engagement, and from our payment processor about the status of a payment.

2.4 Personal information inside engagement documents. Financial records you provide to us may contain personal information about third parties, such as employees, customers, vendors, or owners of the business under review. We process that information only to perform the engagement and handle it under the confidentiality and security commitments in this Policy and in our engagement terms.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and send the sample reports you request; to scope, quote, perform, and deliver engagements; to process payments and send receipts, engagement communications, and deliverables; to operate, secure, and improve the website and our services; to send occasional communications about our services that we believe are relevant to you, which you can opt out of at any time; to comply with professional standards, legal obligations, and lawful requests; and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. How We Share Information

4.1 Service providers. We share information with providers that help us run the business and that are bound to protect it, including our website host, our customer relationship management and email platform, our payment processor, our document storage and email systems, and the Credex diligence platform on which engagement work is performed. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us.

4.2 Within an engagement. With your direction we share deliverables with the members of your deal team, such as your lender, counsel, and investors. We do not share your deal or client information with anyone outside the engagement without your consent.

4.3 Legal and professional requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or professional standards, to defend a claim, or to protect the safety and rights of any person.

4.4 Business transfers. If Credex is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

4.5 Aggregated and anonymized data. We may use and share information in aggregated or anonymized form that does not identify you, the business under review, or any individual, for purposes such as improving our procedures and publishing industry observations.

5. Data Security

We store client information on access controlled systems, receive engagement documents only through the secure upload method we designate for each engagement, and limit access to personnel who need it to perform the work. We ask that you never send bank statements or other sensitive documents as email attachments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you without undue delay if we become aware of unauthorized access to your documents on our systems.

6. Data Retention

We retain engagement files for the period required by professional standards and applicable law, currently not less than five years after the engagement ends, after which we may destroy them. We retain website inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you as described in Section 8, subject to those retention requirements.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies set by our hosting provider and by our customer relationship management platform to keep the site working, to understand how visitors use it, and to connect a form submission to the visit that produced it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the website work. The website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not run third party advertising on the website.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop sending you marketing communications, or to explain how we have used your information, by emailing info@credexadvisors.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to deletion, the right to correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor those rights to the extent they apply, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an inquiry, an order, or an engagement will continue while the matter is open.

9. Children

The website and our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10. United States Only

Credex operates in the United States and stores information there. If you access the website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and the current version applies to all information we hold. If we make a change that materially reduces your rights, we will provide notice on the website before it takes effect.
